F5U219 Review February 7, 2005 Adam Jordan 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
Great card, simple to use, and if you are running XP just need plugging in and off you go.Not sure why one of the other reviews thinks this card has two external USB1.1 ports as I've bought around 10 of these cards and have had not problems. Be aware of unusal brand names offering cheaper alternatives, some this these cards have trouble straming data at high speed and lock up. If you need a USB2.0 card for your PC, look no further than this, Belkin is a name you can reply on (and no I dont work for them)
Easy set-up March 30, 2006 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Wanted to upgrade to USB 2.0 and had good experience with other Belkin products. This was no exception and once fitted was immediately recognised by Windows XP with no driver installation required from the CD. Easy. Opted for the two port card and then added a Belkin 7 port hub which is more accessible for memory sticks, ipods, cameras etc. This combination working well and highly recommend.
Belkin USB2 Card January 26, 2006 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This card does the job, installed on XP OS with ease, just plug and play and away you go. I have not found the external ports to be USB1.1 as stated by one of the other reviews. I've not had any issues and have tested a USB2 device in both external ports and compared speeds on a known USB1.1 port. Its a USB2 card.

I am still running a relatively old machine with Windows 98SE. This card took a couple of attempts, but is now running fine. A pleasant surprise with my setup. Both ports are USB 2.0 (backward compatible with USB 1.1).
Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 PCI Card May 16, 2010 Paulo (UK) Very easy to install. The card was immediately picked up by XP. In my case there was no need to load drivers.
